Point Pelee ist Kanadas s\u00fcdlichster Zipfel, und Pelee Island ist eine Insel im Eriesee und damit noch ein St\u00fcck weiter s\u00fcdlich. Nicht nur die Sonne, sondern auch die Lage am warmen Eriesee sorgen f\u00fcr ein au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches Klima. W\u00e4rmer geht es nicht in Kanada und dementsprechend einzigartig sind hier Flora und Fauna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/IMGP0803.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/R0002833.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Das ist Kanadas s\u00fcdlichstes Ende. Jedes Jahr im Herbst versammeln sich hier die Monarch Falter f\u00fcr den Sprung \u00fcber den Eriesee.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/IMGP0862.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/IMGP0930.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Rund um Leamington gibt es viel Sonne und viel Wasser vom Eriesee und daher auch unz\u00e4hlige Gew\u00e4chsh\u00e4user, wo die Tomaten f\u00fcr den Heinz Ketchup heranreifen. Die Natur ist zur\u00fcckgedr\u00e4ngt in den Hillman Marsh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/R0002904.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/R0002935.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Mit der F\u00e4hre kommt man in anderthalb Stunden nach Pelee Island. Die Insel ist perfekt f\u00fcr Fahrradtouren. Dort ist es flach, die Stra\u00dfen sind ruhig, und es gibt viele Sandst\u00e4nde, wo man sich an hei\u00dfen Augusttagen im Eriesee abk\u00fchlen kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/R0003032.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Blog\/2020\/R0003039.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"530\" height=\"352\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Zwischen Leamington und Windsor gab es ein gut ausgebautes Eisenbahnnetzwerk, welches in Fahrradwege umgewandelt worden ist.
