Allein schon die Lage am Zusammenfluss des Ottawa River mit dem Rideau River, dem Rideau Kanal und dem Rivi\u00e8re Gatineau ist etwas Besonderes.<\/p>\n<p>Entlang der Fl\u00fcsse gibt es sch\u00f6ne Radwege, von denen aus der Radler tolle Blicke auf die Stadt und die Parlamentsgeb\u00e4ude hat. \nosm_addMouseHover(map_ol3js_1); <\/script>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Ein gut ausgebauter Radweg f\u00fchrt am Ottawa Fluss direkt unterhalb des Parliament Hill entlang und endet am Rideau Kanal. <\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP5144.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP5152.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Der <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Rideau_Canal\">Rideau Kanal<\/a> wurde Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts gebaut und bietet mit seinen vielen Schleusen auf den letzten 100 Metern einen imposanten Anblick.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP1334.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP9629.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Gegen\u00fcber des Parliament Hill ist <a href=\"https:\/\/www.historymuseum.ca\/\">Kanadas Nationalmuseum f\u00fcr Geschichte und Gesellschaft<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP9599.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP5185.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Von der Alexandra Bridge, auf der es einen Radweg gibt, hat man tolle Blicke auf den Parliament Hill und das Museum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear: right;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/Ottawa7.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"399\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" style=\"float: left; title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP5813.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><\/br><\/p>\n<p>Eine weitere Attraktion ist der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.byward-market.com\/\">ByWard Market<\/a>. Dort sind Restaurants, L\u00e4den und Marktst\u00e4nde, wo es sowohl frische Lebensmitteln als auch Kunst zu kaufen gibt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear: right;\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP1376.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"243\" height=\"365\"><\/p>\n<p>\n<\/br><br \/>\nEtwas Besonderes ist der Kanada Day am 1. Juli in Ottawa. An dem Tag feiert die ganze Stadt, und Mitglieder der Regierung k\u00f6nnen aus der N\u00e4he erlebt werden. Das ist Micha\u00eblle Jean, ehemals <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Generalgouverneur_von_Kanada\">Governor General<\/a> von Kanada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP1386.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP1422.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Auf der Tour entlang des Rideau Kanals ging es auch bei einigen Botschaftsgeb\u00e4uden vorbei, die alle sehr sch\u00f6n gelegen sind. Da w\u00e4ren einmal die Rideau Falls wo der gleichnamige Fluss in den Ottawa Fluss geradezu hineinf\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n<p>Etwas flussaufw\u00e4rts sind die Hog&#8217;s Back Falls. Dort zweigt der Rideau Kanal vom Fluss ab, um den Schiffen \u00fcber mehrere Schleusen eine etwas angenehmere Fahrt hinunter in den Ottawa Fluss zu erm\u00f6glichen.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP9645.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP9648.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Am Ottawa River geht die Radtour durch den <a href=\"https:\/\/ncc-ccn.gc.ca\/places\/remic-rapids-park\">Remic Rapids Park<\/a>, wo der Radler die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jfceprano.com\/\">John Felice Ceprano Rock Sculptures<\/a> im Fluss bewundern kann.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP5128.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP5133.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Das ist noch viel mehr Kunst und Kultur in Ottawa zu entdecken, und auf einiges davon trifft der Radler entlang der Tour.<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p style=\"clear:both\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP9541.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"clear:right\" title=\" \" src=\"\/wp-content\/Bilder\/Ottawa\/IMGP9554.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"365\" height=\"243\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:both\">\n<p>Der Winter trifft Ottawa recht hart, aber die Einwohner gehen gut damit um.
